How to Find Us

Aspen House is located in the heart of Auckland City with only a short stroll to the waterfront with its vibrant night life and restaurant scene.

Vector Arena (our newest events venue), Sky City casino and the Sky Tower, cosmopolitan Queen Street, Auckland University and the Central Transport Station are all within close proximity.

The conference centre at the Hyatt Hotel is across the road. Ten minutes walk along Queen Street takes you to Aotea Centre, Auckland's major entertainment and convention centre - home to many shows and exhibitions. We are also close to fashionable Parnell Village, Auckland Art Gallery and Museum.

For Visitors arriving at Auckland Airport:

To get to Aspen House from Auckland Airport you have the following options available outside both international and domestic terminals:

Discount Taxis:

Aspen House recommends Discount Taxis for their convenient pickup and dropoff service. To catch a Discount Taxi from the Airport, dial their freephone 0800 529 100 from any Airport phone. Discount Taxis charge a flat cash rate of NZ$35 (car) or NZ$45 (van) to Aspen House.

From the International Terminal, Discount Taxis pick up outside Door 9 (main arrivals) by the pay station.

Supershuttle:

A Super Shuttle costs approximately NZ$30-37 for 2 people, this is a door to door service. To pre-book a Supershuttle, visit www.supershuttle.co.nz

Airbus Express:

The Airbus costs NZ$13-15 per person one way. The Express runs approximately every 20 minutes during daytime hours from and to the Airport. The nearest stop to Aspen House is Corner of Fort & Queen Street (Stop 2). Aspen House is a short walk up a hill or approx a $5 taxi ride from here. www.airbus.co.nz

For Visitors arriving by Car:

From the Southern Motorway exit at the Port Exit (29). Turn left into Alten Road (opposite Caltex). Right at first set of lights into Symonds St/Anzac Avenue. Turn left into Short Street(2nd on left) and then 1st right into Eden Crescent. Emily Place is on the right as you approach the park.

From the Northern Motorway exit at Fanshawe Street, travel through to Custom Street East, travel three blocks past Queen Street - turn right up into Emily Place (One Way Street).
